We invoice upfront, so we back it with a simple promise: we keep working until you approve, and if we still cannot get it right, you get a full refund of our fee. Here is exactly how it works and where it applies. It covers both product photography and Shopify website projects.
You get your product photography or your Shopify build to review online, on your own time.
Every project includes revisions. For photography we re-edit and, if the shot itself is the problem, we reshoot. For Shopify we rework the design and build until it is right.
If after a fair round of revisions we cannot get you to approval, we refund our service fee in full. We do not keep your money for work you cannot use.
The guarantee covers the quality of the work we produce for you: the product photography we shoot and the Shopify website we design and build. It applies to both services, on every project, as standard.
A guarantee only means something if it is clear. These are the cases the refund does not cover.
We guarantee the quality of what we deliver. We do not guarantee sales, ad performance, conversion rates, or search rankings.
Raise issues within 7 days of delivery. Files, images, or a store that you approve, download, or publish are treated as accepted.
Problems caused by late samples, late feedback, an incorrect or faulty product supplied to us, or content not provided on time.
Shopify themes, apps, domains and subscriptions, plus model, prop, or location fees already incurred, are non-refundable. The guarantee refunds our service fee only.
New requirements added after the brief is approved are billed separately and sit outside the original guarantee.
Expedited fees and add-ons that have already been produced may be non-refundable.
Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) are not covered.
The guarantee applies per project and is not transferable to another party or project.
