We collect your product from your factory or supplier in China, so it often never ships internationally. If you already hold stock, courier one sample to our Guangzhou studio and we handle the rest locally.

It depends on the service and scope. Most photography projects deliver within days, and Shopify builds run on a short project timeline. We share exact timings together with your quote once we receive your brief.

Yes. For photography we work with local models for on-body and lifestyle content, and we handle casting, styling and usage rights. Prefer no models? Flat-lay, ghost mannequin and product-only setups keep costs down.
